The Physician's Laboratory Handbook has been reviewed and approved by the Laboratory Medical Director, Medical Chief of Staff, Laboratory Executive Director and Transfusion Service Medical Director.

A hardcopy of this manual is kept in the Laboratory Library and in Clinical Services(staffing office). Please call extension (731) 541-6455 for access to this manual.
